When I am in Highlands, I like staying here. I have just returned from a wonderful stay in this trendy boutique hotel, exceptionally clean rooms. The continental breakfast is a feast. I loved the staff, they are super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The setting is great, it's short walk to Highlands, the downtown shops, and The Highlands and Park.

The location is absolutely perfect and excellent, not far from restaurants and shops, and Highlands which is a very beautiful mile-high town in the western North Carolina Mountains, you cannot beat it. There is a wide array of restaurants to eat, like Wild Thyme Gourmet that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

We booked this hotel to stay while we moved into our home. The moving experience was awful, but the fabulous hospitality and accommodations at Park On Main saved our lives! The staff is friendly, the room is well-appointed, and the hotel is newly re-done with high-end amenities. Plus, we were able to bring our little Scottie with us. It's a tremendous hotel in a great location, perfect for a romantic weekend or a relaxing trip.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The value for the money was outstanding, with spacious and beautifully appointed rooms that felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, right on Main Street and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The staff treated us like family, especially Kevin from Wolfgang's Bistro who served us amazing food.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of options on the menu for breakfast.

Everything was lovely! The bed was comfy, pillows fluffy, sheets crisp. decor both modern & adorable! The bathtub was nice and deep. shower heads and water pressure amazing.the heat came on quick. the room was clean and linens smelled fresh. Seeing the dog bed made it feel like home! Location was perfect for exploring Main St.
The views from the balcony were not great, as they overlooked a street. Additionally, the continental breakfast was average.
